ReferralPulse Terms of Service

ReferralPulse is software published by iDigital, LLC (“iDigital”) for use by authorized subscribers. By using ReferralPulse, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

ReferralPulse is licensed for legitimate business communication, sales pipeline management, and referral relationship cultivation. You may use ReferralPulse only with email accounts you own or have explicit authorization to manage.

Authorization

ReferralPulse accesses Microsoft 365 mail, calendar, and basic profile data only with your explicit OAuth consent. Your organization’s administrator may grant or revoke this consent at any time through Microsoft Entra ID or by visiting https://myapps.microsoft.com.

Service availability

ReferralPulse is provided “as is” and “as available.” iDigital makes no warranties of uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, or third-party service disruptions (Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365) may temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of liability

iDigital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ReferralPulse, including loss of data, business interruption, or third-party actions.

Termination

iDigital reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, including unauthorized access to mailboxes, automated abuse, or violation of Microsoft’s Acceptable Use Policy.
