ReferralPulse Privacy Statement
Last updated: May 9, 2026
This privacy statement describes how ReferralPulse, software published by iDigital, LLC, processes data when you use the application.
Data we access
When you authorize ReferralPulse through Microsoft OAuth, the application accesses the following data on your behalf via Microsoft Graph:
- Mail messages in your Microsoft 365 mailbox (read, write, move, send)
- Calendar entries (read access)
- Your basic profile (display name, email address, user ID)
Access is bound to the permissions you and your administrator explicitly grant during the Microsoft consent flow.
How we use your data
ReferralPulse uses this data only to perform the actions you initiate. Specifically:
- Reading mail to apply user-defined cleanup or organization rules you configure
- Sending or scheduling email on your behalf
- Reading calendar availability to coordinate referral source outreach
- Identifying your account for audit logging
Data sharing
ReferralPulse does not share your data with third parties, advertisers, or analytics services. Your data is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Data retention
ReferralPulse retains data only as needed to perform the operations you request. Audit logs of mutations (mail moved, mail sent) are retained on the host system where ReferralPulse runs, under your control. iDigital does not maintain a centralized data store of customer mailbox content.
Your control
You may revoke ReferralPulse’s access at any time by visiting https://myapps.microsoft.com or by working with your Microsoft 365 administrator to remove the application from your Entra ID consent grants.
